This message does not apply to Enterprise Documents      Great news!  Your invoices are getting smarter.  Beginning August 20th, your invoices will reflect any prepayments you've already made.  Simply look for the "Payment Applied" line.  Additionally, as part of this change, statements will now be processed around the 15th of the month rather than being sent at the same time as invoices.  These changes are intended to help add clarity to the invoicing process and make experience more intuitive.  For any questions, please contact the Effectv Customer Success team at EffectvClientCare@comcast.com or 866-531-1721.
